Ricotta cheese 里科達乳酪 | 2 cups |

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna with Tomato Sauce 烤蔬菜義大利千層麵的做法
Toss the squash, bell pepper, red onion, garlic, thyme and oregano with some olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Place on an oiled sheet pan and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes. 黃南瓜,青椒,紅洋蔥,蒜,百里香,牛至放入大碗中,加橄欖油、鹽、黑椒粉調味。放在一個烤盤上375F烤15-20分鐘。
In a sauce pan, sweat the onions and garlic in olive oil. Add the thyme and oregano. Deglaze with white wine. Add the tomato sauce and whole oregano. Deglaze with white wine. Add the tomato sauce and whole tomatoes and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. 鍋中放橄欖油加入洋蔥和蒜煸香後加入百里香和牛至,翻炒一會後加入白葡萄酒熗鍋。加入番茄沙司和罐裝番茄慢火煮20-30分鐘。加鹽、黑椒粉和糖調味。
Mix all the ricotta ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. 在一個碗中將ricotta 所需材料混合均勻並調味。
Spray some lasagna pan with non-stick spray. Layer the tomato sauce first, followed by roasted veggies, ricotta, mozzarella cheese and finally lasagna pasta sheet. Continue layering for 3 moe times and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. 將烤盤噴油,先放一層番茄醬,再鋪一層烤蔬菜,然後鋪ricotta和馬蘇裡拉乳酪最後放上一片剪下得和烤盤一樣形狀大小並已經煮好(開水加鹽和橄欖油,燒開後滾3分鐘)的面片。按此順序鋪三次,然後入烤箱350F烤15分鐘。
