【江湖菜—麻辣香鍋】                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               下午兒子回來早早就吵吵著餓了,餓了,還點名要吃麻辣香鍋,還必須要“重辣”。我說,那你寫個保證書吧,辣壞了後果自負呦,呵呵~                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               原料:醃製好的雞翅4個、藕片、土豆片、紅薯片、安井牌撒尿牛肉丸、香菇、袋裝小尖筍適量                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               調味料:四川德莊麻辣火鍋底料、蔥薑蒜                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                製備:將牛肉丸煮熟,雞翅用生抽鹽料醃10分鐘後放入微波爐做熟、蔬菜類洗淨切片

【麻辣香鍋 -- 江湖菜】的做法  

  1. 在鍋內放寬油,加入火鍋底料爆香,再加入姜蒜炒香,然後依次加入雞翅和蔬菜煸炒;

  2. 沿鍋邊倒少許水,加蓋入味5分鐘左右,最後撒上香蔥和芝麻出鍋裝盤。

雞翅可以事先用鹽、料酒、雞精、生抽醃製一下,更入味好吃。
