用料  

Isopure Protein Powder(vanilla)(Isopure香草味蛋白粉) 2 scoops(62grams)(2勺,62g)
eggs (separated)(雞蛋,蛋黃蛋清分離) 2 large(2個大的)
butter (melted)(融化的黃油) 2 tbsp(2湯匙)
pink Himalayan sea salt(喜馬拉雅粉鹽) 1 pinch(1撮)
cacao nibs (or sugar-free chocolate chips)(可可粒或無糖巧克力屑) 50 grams(50g)
Walden Farm's Maple Syrup(Walden Farm牌楓糖漿) 1/2 cup(1/2杯)

【生酮ketogenic】巧克力屑華夫餅 低碳水無糖無麩質的做法  

  1. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    蛋清打至硬性發泡。

  2. Combine the 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, egg yolks and melted butter in a mixing bowl and whisk. Thin the batter out with water if necessary.
    蛋白粉,蛋黃和融化的黃油放入大碗中攪拌。如果太稠可以適量加入一些水。

  3. Fold in the egg whites, cacao nibs or sugar-free chocolate chips & a pinch of salt.
    拌入蛋清,可可粒或無糖巧克力屑和一撮鹽。

  4. Cook the batter in the waffle maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
    餅糊倒入華夫餅鐺加熱。

  5. Serve with a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup and more butter. Enjoy!
    配上少量無糖楓糖漿和更多的黃油。
