這是前幾年為萬聖節做的蜘蛛造型曲奇,暫時叫它Spooky Spider Snacks吧。之前給朋友寫過方子,現分享到平台上。期待大家的指教。

以下用料可做16塊曲奇。

用料
Ingredients (16 servings) | |
蛋糕用小麥粉 cake flour or all purpose flour | 100g |
軟化後黃油 butter (softened) | 55g |
白糖 white sugar | 45g |
雞蛋 egg | 30g |
花生醬 peanut butter | 100g |
泡打粉 baking powder | 1/4 tsb |
小蘇打 baking soda | 1/4 tsb |
裝飾用料 (for decoration) | |
麥麗素 mylikes | 若干 |
黑巧克力 dark chocolate | 適量 |
白巧克力 white chocolate | 適量 |
萬聖節蜘蛛曲奇 Spooky Spider Snacks的做法
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg until smooth.
黃油軟化後加白糖攪打至鬆軟。
加入雞蛋,打發均勻。Add peanut butter and mix until creamy.
加入花生醬,攪拌至細膩順滑。Gradually sift in cake flour, baking powder, and baking soda together. Stir until evenly blended.
緩緩篩入粉類(麪粉、泡打粉、小蘇打)。
持續攪拌至混合均勻。Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Flatten (a little) each cookie with a large fork or spoon dipped in sugar or flour. Finally use one mylike to press gently on each cookie to make a hole shape.
預熱烤箱至180攝氏度。把麪糰搓成核桃大小的球狀,放在刷過油的烘焙紙上。
用沾了白糖/麪粉(否則會粘住叉/勺)的大叉子或勺子的背部將小球正面稍稍壓平。
最後用麥麗素在每塊餅乾上輕輕按壓出一個小洞的形狀。Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
在預熱過的烤箱中烘焙18-20分鐘。Allow cookies to cool for several minutes. Add mylikes onto the top when cookies are still warm. Press gently so that they won’t fall off.
出箱後讓曲奇在烤架上稍微冷卻至不燙。
但是要趁着曲奇還温熱時,把麥麗素加上去。
輕輕按壓,以保證不掉落。Put cracked white chocolate into an icing bag and melt in warm water. Melt the dark chocolate in the same way. Cut a small opening on tip of the bags. Use white chocolate for eyeballs and dark chocolate for legs. Finally use a toothpick dipped in dark chocolate to make eye pupils.
把白巧克力掰碎放進裱花袋/保鮮袋裏,隔水加熱。
黑巧克力也照做。
在袋口剪一個用來裱花的小口,擠白巧克力畫兩個眼球,擠黑巧克力畫八條腿。
最後用牙籤蘸黑巧克力點瞳孔。Hooray!
傻傻的萬聖節蜘蛛曲奇完成啦!這就是我們小時候愛吃的麥麗素呀!(暴露年齡ORZ)

P.S. Actually you can use other sugar cookies to decorate if you don't want peanut butter cookies. I think the spider goes with all kinds of cookies, haha.
這個餅乾吸睛的地方是//麥麗素+白巧+黑巧//打造的小蜘蛛。至於曲奇本身,如果你不喜歡花生醬的話,完全可以換成其他口味的,哈哈。
