最近大家都開始上網課了,老師讓我們自己製作果醬,我就斗膽嘗試了一下,結果發現果醬做得很不錯喲,酸甜可口,超級好吃,而且製作過程真的非常簡便,小夥伴們,自己宅在家裏也可以做一些嚐嚐呀~

用料
桑葚mulberries | 350克350g |
檸檬lemon | 半個a half |
白糖sugar | 兩勺 2 spoons |
製作超簡單的桑椹果醬Mulberry Jam的做法
將桑椹去蒂洗淨。
Remove the stems from the mulberries and wash them.將桑葚用攪拌機攪碎。
Break up the mulberries in a blender.將攪碎的桑葚汁放到鍋里加熱,並不斷攪拌,防止糊鍋。
Heat the mulberry juice in a wok and keep stirring to prevent it from sticking.加入兩勺白糖。
Put into two spoons of sugar.再擠入檸檬汁,之後繼續加熱使少部分水分蒸發,直到果醬不會順利滴落。
And then squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. After that,continue to heat until a small amount of water evaporates until the jam does not drip in quickly.最後將熬好的果醬放入瓶中,酸甜可口的桑葚果醬就做好咯!!
Finally put the jam boiled into bottle , sour and sweet delicious mulberry jam is ready.

1.大家也可以將其中的桑葚換作其他漿果。

2.加熱過程中,要不斷攪拌,以防粘鍋。
