用料
糖漿 | 1.5tb |
香草蛋白粉 | 0.5勺 |
香草精 | 1/4茶勺 |
牛奶/杏仁奶 | 1tb |
自制各種風味蛋白棒的做法
用到的材料,抹刀、量勺、蛋白粉、糖漿、小鍋
將糖漿與香草精混合倒入小鍋,開小火
約1分鐘後混合糖漿開始冒泡,立刻關火
加入牛奶、蛋白粉攪拌。若不能成型,加入適量水或牛奶,要少量慢慢加入,直到混合成團
麪糰冷卻後取出
揉成小長方形
加入適量彩色糖屑
長方形麪餅摺疊捲起,將彩色糖屑包裹住,然後在揉成一個新的小長方形。
如果喜歡,可以再在表面撒上一些糖屑。這一步的蛋白棒已經可以直接吃了。如果喜歡吃餅乾可以放烤箱170°烤5-6分鐘

Mocha Caramel- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet It, 1/2 scoop Mocha Caramel Trutein protein, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp cold pressed coffe, 1/2 tbsp Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Almond Orange- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet It, 1/2 scoop Orange Creamsicle Trutein protein, 1/4 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp almond milk, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 2 slices of Trader Joes dehydrated oranges
Red Velvet- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet It, 1/2 scoop Red Velvet Trutein protein, 1 tsp almond milk, 1/2 tsp cacao powder, 2 pieces Red Velvet bites (roughly chopped)
Blueberry Cheesecake- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet It, 1/2 scoop Vanilla Trutein protein, 1 tsp JELLO cheesecake mix, 1 1/2 tsp almond milk, 1 tbsp dried blueberries
Coconut Crunch- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet It, 1/2 scoop Chocolate Truffle Trutein protein, 1/4 tsp coconut extract, 1/2 tbsp shredded coconut, 1 tbsp chopped Coco Crunch Squarebar
S’Mores- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet It, 1/2 scoop Chocolate Truffle Trutein protein, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff or dehydrated marshmallow bits, 1/4 sheet graham cracker sheet (roughly chopped)
