防近視健康鷹嘴豆泥胡蘿蔔carrot with hummus的做法
鷹嘴豆取出瀝乾。檸檬榨汁。大蒜放入攪拌機。drain the chick pea from can,juice the lemon, put garlic into mixer.
首先打碎大蒜。mince the garlic first.
再加入芝麻醬和檸檬汁打成泥狀。add sesame paste and lemon juice and mix into a paste.
加入鷹嘴豆,橄欖油,水,鹽,孜然粉打成泥。按自己喜好調節鹽和水的量。add chick pea, olive oil, water, salt, cumming powder and mix into paste. Adjust the amount of salt and water according to preference.
倒入碗裏淋少少橄欖油和紅椒粉做裝飾。put into sauce bowl, drizzle some olive oil and paprika powder for decoration.
