(instant pot) clam chowder

用料  

(instant pot) clam chowder的做法  

1. one red bell pepper, one green bell pepper, 3根芹菜

2. 切成丁

3. 半個洋葱，四個土豆

4. 切成丁

5. 全部倒入instant pot

6. 準備兩個 clams can, 打開

7. 倒入兩罐罐頭的汁
   
   （只需要倒入 clam juice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
   (不要倒入clam !!!!!!)

8. 加入 1 cup 水，蓋上蓋子，high pressure, 7 minutes.

9. 找一個普通的鍋，開火，放入  5 tablespoon butter，熱到融化

10. 再加入 5 tablespoon 麪粉，攪拌均勻

11. 攪拌 2-3 分鐘

12. 加入 1.5 cup 牛奶，攪拌 （全程都是中小火），
    然後關火。instant pot 煮完以後release，倒入instant pot

13. 攪拌均勻，加入2 clam cans
